So your resume and cover letter have been perfected, and now you've got the call to come in for an interview. Congratulations!
Preparation
Before you go, make sure you research and review information on the company. Double check the address and if you have time, drive the route to ensure you are there on time. Review your application and the details of the job description. Try to anticipate questions that you may be asked, and practice - grab a friend and role play interview questions. Know yourself - know your strengths and greatest achievement. Study your resume. And lastly, dress professionally (clean and neat) and prepare your portfolio or brief case with resume, references and credentials. Make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Behavioural Based ie. Can you tell me about a time when...
Behavioural based questions are becoming more common.
Here's how to answer them:
S: Situation - think of a situation
A: Action - describe your actions
R: Results - provide outcome as a result of your actions
The most common question: Tell Me About Yourself
P: Personal - information about hobbies, interests, education, training
A: Attributes - personal qualities and attributes
W: Work - relevant employment experiences and contributions
